Their methodical procedure involves dispatching two teams simultaneously – one to treat high-risk infected area, and another to treat low risk areas in order to prevent cross contamination. High risk areas include, but are not limited to, bathroom facilities, individual workstation environments, door handles, telephones, keyboards and computer screens, handrails, elevator keypads, support railings, kitchen countertops, printer stations, reception areas, contact points and pause areas.

The daily cleaning standards have increased exponentially to include disinfecting both common areas and individual workspaces multiple times throughout the day. Apart from the physical environment, automated sanitation stations have been strategically distributed throughout the building, encouraging employees to continuously use them. Individual masks and face shields are provided for every employee, as well as strict daily screening protocols being adhered to.
